Summary

The preamplifier circuit created was composed as a stand-alone compact unit, helpful to control the signals produced by guitar pick-ups, especially the contact "bug" types applied to acoustic instruments. Clearly, it can be utilized with any sort of instrument and pick-up. It features a -10dB, 0dB and +10dB pre-set input selector to modify input sensitivity utilizing TE's 1969507-2 FAST FLG RCPT HSG NAT, and to adapt to any pick-up type and model.

The UIC1 Op-Amp is wired as an inverting amplifier, having its gain set by a three ways switch inserting different value resistors in parallel to R4. In the input stage, the signal starts from TE's 1969507-2 FAST FLG RCPT HSG NAT followed by an active three-band tone control stage having unity gain when controls are set in their center position and built around UIC2.

I hope no one try's to build this as drawn; the opamps need to be flipped vertically (the inputs are backwards).
