Telephone is a device that allows communication for two or more parties over long distance; it converts sounds into electronic signals for transmission through cable lines, then, the receiver decodes the signal back into sound. On a single subscriber line, telephone network like "party line" is a common setup for multiple telephone units to be used. But the "party line" have drawbacks: all the telephone units will receive a "ring" signal from the caller that is intended only to one unit and the conversation of a certain unit can be overheard by other units.
This project is designed to utilize multiple telephones up to nine units without the disadvantages mentioned above.
