This is a low cost electronic circuit which is easy to build it is an ideal project for parties. The Light Emitting Diode (LED) given in this circuit goes ON/OFF continuously and gives good looking flashing effects. You can use many neon bulbs and fix them any place you want to get the great looking blinking effects. Transistor 1 is bc 477 and transistor 2 is bc 547. The oscillator covers a huge range of frequencies the circuit is very cheap and simple to build. Care must be taken that the current does no goes over the LED rated current. If current goes over the LED rated current then use 220 ohms LED current resistor in series with LED to control or limit the LED current.
