Radio frequency identification (RFID) are widely used nowadays in industries and commercial applications. The RFID tags can be affixed to an object and used to track and manage inventories and even people. To identify tagged objects, an RFID detector is used which is basically a simple analog electronic circuit that detects 13.56 MHz RFID tags.
RFID tags are commonly used in all kinds of plastic cards like access badges, bankcards, library cards, and many more. This can reveal your identity or whereabouts to anyone equipped but of course with the appropriate tools that can read RFID tags. This device simply helps identify which objects are tagged, and which are not. The circuit is supplied by a 3V lithium coin battery of Panasonic-BSG has only few passive components with one comparator.
This portable device is used to detect RFID tags that tracks nearby tags according to its defined proximity. RFID technology enables tag reading from a greater distance, even in harsh environments and contains high level of security. It has a reusable tag and can carry large data that can be encrypted.
